A Stage 1 Engine build isn't a fragile, high maintenance race engine. It was completely re-designed to keep your daily driver, heavy duty tower, or your work truck on the road for the long haul . We took everything that made the factory 7.3L great and reinforced the weak spots using premium, drop-in upgrades.
We don't cut corners. Every block undergoes rigorous machining, including torque plate boring and honing alongside line honing the main bearing bores, to guarantee perfect internal geometry.
Inside the Build: Premium Parts are Standard
When you buy a complete engine from us, you aren't getting generic replacement parts. We pack these builds with high end hardware designed to survive higher cylinder pressures and severe heat cycles.

Bulletproof Fasteners: Standard head bolts can stretch under load. We build these exclusively with ARP Head Studs to clamp the heads down securely, protecting your head gaskets from blowing under increased boost.

Upgraded Valvetrain: We've tossed the weak factory springs and pushrods. This engine features our custom CNC Fab Stage 1 Valve Springs (complete with new retainers and keepers) paired with ultra-stiff Manton Series 3 .095 Chromoly Pushrods and fresh Delphi lifters to eliminate valve float.

Rebuilt Bottom End: A fully balanced rotating assembly anchors the power. We use CNC Fab reconditioned Ford factory rods fitted with premium King pin bushings, spun by a flawlessly polished crankshaft.

Leak Prevention: Say goodbye to common 7.3L pain points. Every engine comes with a welded cam gear to prevent catastrophic timing slips, new injector cups, a fresh Ford OEM harmonic balancer, and a factory Ford OEM oil pan already sealed up and ready to drop in.
