CNC Fabrication is growing and we are looking for a skilled, dependable CNC Operator to join our in-house team.

Position Summary
In this role you will produce precision-machined components on Haas CNC equipment, run production jobs,
perform in-process quality checks, and help ensure every part meets specification. You will work closely
with the shop team to keep workflow efficient, safe, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Haas CNC mills and/or lathes for daily production.
- Load raw materials, set workholding, and monitor operations through the run cycle.
- Perform quality checks with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintain tooling, track tool wear, and make basic offsets or adjustments.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate with teammates and supervisors to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety and quality control procedures.
- Support continuous improvement within the machine shop.
Qualifications
- 2+ years operating CNC machines; Haas experience preferred.
- Familiar with G-code, tool offsets, and basic setups.
- Able to read blueprints and use precision measurement instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school is a plus.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
