Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 21 days of receipt per the tracking number. Items returned after 21 days of receipt will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee, but CNC Fabrication, LLC still must be notified within the 21 day grace period.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

DIY KITS are meant for those who want to build their own turbo. It is not meant to be just a cheaper option. If you don't feel confident in putting together your own turbo then THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! This will not come with instructions and we will not "walk you through" it. If you are buying this kit it is assumed that you have the knowledge and ability to build your own turbo (just like if you were buying an engine rebuild kit with oversized pistons)
Build your own Turbo with our upgraded cover, backing plate, and billet wheel. This will bolt right to ANY stock 6.0 turbo. Our GTX style billet wheel spool fast and make great top end power. This is a very economical upgrade for someone who wants to squeeze a little more power out of their turbo without having to buy or build a complete upgraded turbo. Just swap your stock parts with our billet wheel, cover, and backing plate. Will support up to 175cc injectors.
The 2005-2007 turbine wheel is slightly smaller than the 2004 and 2003 turbine wheel, this means that it spools faster but makes less power. The problem is that the smaller turbine wheel is not big enough to support the bigger 64.7mm compressor wheel... that is why we don't recommend the 64.7mm compressor wheel on a 2005-2007 turbo. If you are after the 2003 whistle, then add one of our upgraded 9 or 10 blade turbine wheels to any 2004-2007 turbos (2003 turbos already come with a 10 blade turbine.
The KC Turbos 10 blade Turbine design flows much more & reduces EGT's giving you more on the top end performance and the classic 6.0 whistle. The KC 9 Blade provides EXTREME Whistle with great top end power. The KC 11 Blade turbine wheel offers the best performance without any turbo whistle.
**Recommended that you add one of our rebuild kits if you want to rebuild your turbo at the same time**

All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address. CNC Fabrication, LLC is not liable for any order/package that is delivered to an incorrect customer provided address.
FREE SHIPPING: available on select items to the Continental US (lower 48 states)could be USPS or UPS depending on shipping cost and speed; does not include overnight or express service.
PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING: does not guarantee overnight. It is 1-2 day, but usually 1 day.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We will do our best to get products out the door in a timely manner, once the items are picked up by the carrier we have no control over any delays they may encounter such as weather, routing issues, equipment breakdown etc.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Items damaged in shipping must be reported to CNC Fabrication, LLC within 7 days of the delivery so we can file the necessary paperwork with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and take pictures of the damage to email us in the process for ours and the carrier's records. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly for damage; This will significantly delay the time to process the damage claim with the carrier.
