Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 21 days of receipt per the tracking number. Items returned after 21 days of receipt will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee, but CNC Fabrication, LLC still must be notified within the 21 day grace period.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

Stiction Eliminator is an oil treatment for gasoline and diesel engines that is engineered to remove stiction, the sludge and varnish created from burnt oil, while also lubricating the system to improve performance and reduce engine wear.

Hot Shot’s Secret Stiction Eliminator engine oil additive makes starting easier, improves engine performance and decreases wear by removing stiction from components. The synthetic cleaner in Stiction Eliminator dissolves the sticky residue that burnt oil leaves on oil-wetted parts, reducing friction and leaving HEUI injectors, rings, oil pumps and other parts of the engine clean. At the same time, the proprietary carbon nano lubricant included in our stiction reducer coats machined surfaces, filling in irregularities to further reduce friction and wear on engine components.

We have engineered Stiction Eliminator for use in both gasoline and diesel engines, as well as a wide range of vehicle and machine types — from agriculture and construction equipment to RVs, motorcycles, semitrucks and marine engines. Although Stiction Eliminator was originally created to solve problems with stiction in Hydraulic Electric Unit Injectors (HEUI), the product effectively cleans and lubricates components in non-HEUI engines, as well.
The best time to add Hot Shot’s Secret Stiction Eliminator is during a fresh oil change. However, you can opt to add Stiction Eliminator at any time without issue. When adding Stiction Eliminator for the first time, the recommended dose is 4 ounces per quart of oil. After the initial dose, 2 ounces per quart of oil is usually enough to keep components clean.
Hot Shot’s Secret Stiction Eliminator replaces an equal amount of oil. If used during a fresh oil change just exchange an equal amount of oil for Stiction Eliminator. When adding Stiction Eliminator in the middle of an oil change cycle, drain some oil from the engine. Be sure to check that the overall oil fill level does not exceed the OEM recommendation.
Stiction Eliminator works relatively quickly. However, you should keep in mind that the amount of time it takes the engine oil additive to remove stiction and provide lubrication will depend on how much buildup already exists inside the engine. Some customers experience a difference in as little as 50 miles, while other customers see results after the full oil change cycle. Spirited driving and hauling heavy loads can help Stiction Eliminator work more quickly.
Some injection cleaners remove stiction using harsh solvents which can cause damage to your engine if they remain in circulation too long. This formulation means most other stiction reducers will require you to remove them shortly after you add them to your engine oil, which limits their long-term effectiveness and makes them inconvenient to use.
Hot Shot’s Secret Stiction Eliminator is different — our formula contains no harsh solvents, so you can leave it in until your next scheduled oil change. Because Stiction Eliminator can safely remain inside the engine, it can also lubricate components and reduce wear.

All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address. CNC Fabrication, LLC is not liable for any order/package that is delivered to an incorrect customer provided address.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We will do our best to get products out the door in a timely manner, once the items are picked up by the carrier we have no control over any delays they may encounter such as weather, routing issues, equipment breakdown etc.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Items damaged in shipping must be reported to CNC Fabrication, LLC within 7 days of the delivery so we can file the necessary paperwork with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and take pictures of the damage to email us in the process for ours and the carrier's records. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly for damage; This will significantly delay the time to process the damage claim with the carrier.
