Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 21 days of receipt per the tracking number. Items returned after 21 days of receipt will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee, but CNC Fabrication, LLC still must be notified within the 21 day grace period.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.

Hot Shot’s Diesel Winter Anti-Gel works to lower the cold filter plugging point (CFPP) of your diesel fuel. This fuel additive helps prevent clogged fuel filters and fuel lines during cold winter months. Diesel Winter Anti-Gel also improves the quality of standard diesel fuels in terms of detergency, stability, lubricity, winter operability, and even boosts the fuel’s cetane number.
Designed for use in all diesel engines including but not limited to Dodge Cummins, GM Duramax, Ford Powerstroke, Semi Trucks, Marine, Agriculture, and standard automotive vehicles.
Minimum recommended storage: 32°F. Guaranteed -65°F when added to diesel fuel.

To use Hot Shot’s Diesel Winter Anti-Gel, simply add the specified amount of fuel additive into the fuel tank each time before refueling. This ensures proper blending with your diesel fuel to maximize the effectiveness of the product.
Diesel Winter Anti-Gel should be used anytime temperatures drop below 32°F. We recommend using the anti-gel additive each time you fill your fuel tank to ensure proper mixing with your diesel fuel and to maximize effectiveness at preventing clogged fuel filters.
Diesel Winter Anti-Gel is safe in all diesel engines including semi-trucks, pick-up trucks, farm equipment and standard sized automotive vehicles. This includes but is not limited to use in Ford Powerstroke, Dodge Cummins, GM Duramax, Saab, Volkswagen, and Audi diesel engines.
Diesel Winter Anti-Gel adds “Premium Diesel” qualities to standard diesel fuel in terms of detergency, stability, lubricity, winter operability, and improved cetane number. Standard diesel fuel contains wax in suspension which is liquid at normal temperatures. As temperatures drop, these wax crystals drop out of suspension, solidify, and stick together. These wax crystals in turn clog fuel lines and cause additional problems for diesel engines.
Our effective anti-gel additive greatly improves cold temperature performance by lowering the cloud point of the fuel. This increases the lubricity of the wax molecules within the fuel and prevents them from sticking together. Since the wax crystals can no longer stick together this prevents the wax from clogging lines & filters in the fuel system.
Additional properties provide further winter protection against freeze-ups. Diesel Winter Anti-Gel also contains a powerful cetane improver for quicker cold starts and a maximum boost in power and performance. Hot Shot’s Diesel Winter Anti-Gel is recommended for use in all diesel engines.
Diesel Winter Anti-Gel should be used in every fill-up during the cold winter months. Recommended treatment rates are 1:1000 for #2 diesel.
The sulfur content of this diesel fuel additive does not exceed 15 ppm. This diesel fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content requirements for use in diesel motor vehicles and non-road engines.

Diesel Winter Anti-Gel works to improve winter operability using three different chemicals — a wax modifier, a wax anti-settling agent and a military-grade de-icer. The wax modifier significantly reduces the point at which wax in diesel fuel solidifies, and the wax anti-settling agent keeps the wax dispersed once the precipitation temperature is reached. Finally, the de-icer disperses moisture, preventing it from clogging and freezing fuel filters in temperatures as low as -40 °F.
The recommended treatment ratio for Hot Shot’s Secret Diesel Winter Anti-Gel with #2 diesel is 1:1,000. Therefore, use approximately 1 ounce of anti-gel for every 8 gallons of fuel for the best results.

We do not recommend using Diesel Winter Anti-Gel with diesel blends containing more than 20% biodiesel.
Once mixed with diesel, our anti-gel additive protects fuel to temperatures as low as -65° F. However, the freezing point of Diesel Winter Anti-Gel is higher before it is added to diesel. We recommend storing the product at a minimum temperature of 20°F for this reason. You should also take care to keep the product away from sources of ignition and always reseal the container tightly to prevent leaks. All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible.
