DIESEL INJECTOR FLUSH™ is a professional-use only product formulated to quickly and safely clean diesel fuel injectors during service and revitalize your diesel engine. This powerful, concentrated injector cleaner removes internal diesel injector deposits, including waxy and polymeric films and carboxylate salts as well as traditional external carbon coking injector deposits. It is enhanced with cetane improvers and lubricity additives to keep the engine running safely and efficiently during the cleaning process.
Applications:
DIESEL INJECTOR FLUSH™ is safe in all diesel engines: semi-trucks, pick-up trucks, agricultural and construction equipment, automobiles, mowers, buses, RVs, and motor homes. These include but are not limited to CAT, PACCAR, Detroit Diesel, Volvo, Powerstroke, Cummins, Duramax, Saab, Volkswagen, and Audi.
DIESEL INJECTOR FLUSH™ is formulated to solve issues found in common rail diesel engines. The increasing fuel rail pressures in these engines cause high rates of deposits which can alter the spray pattern and injector timing. Diesel Injector Flush™ restores the injector contribution rates for efficient and proper engine operation. By targeting and removing harmful deposits that affect performance, using this injector flush ensures your engine runs like new, restores your injectors and optimizes fuel efficiency, power, and overall drivability.
Treatment Plan:
Use as a preventative maintenance during a fuel filter change (typically every 10,000–20,000 miles), or, any time injector contribution rates are off, codes appear, or drivability declines. Use 1 gallon for engines over 8 liters, and 1 quart for smaller engines. Maintain injector cleanliness and fuel quality with Everyday Diesel Treatment® (EDT) and Diesel Extreme®.
METHOD 1: Remove the fuel filter and replace it with a new filter, then remove feed and return fuel lines and insert into container filled with HOT SHOT’S SECRET® DIESEL INJECTOR FLUSH™. Start the engine and let it run for 15 minutes at varying RPM. Shut the engine off and let sit for 30 minutes. Restart engine and continue to run at varying RPM until the HOT SHOT’S SECRET® DIESEL INJECTOR FLUSH™ has been used up. Reconnect fuel lines and check for leaks. Pour HOT SHOT’S SECRET® Diesel Extreme® into the fuel tank at a treat rate of 1 ounce per 2.5 gallons. Monitor fuel filter condition post flush.
METHOD 2: Remove the fuel filter and properly dispose. Using a new filter, fill the fuel filter completely with HOT SHOT’S SECRET® DIESEL INJECTOR FLUSH™ and reinstall the fuel filter checking for leaks. Pour any remaining product into the fuel tank. Add HOT SHOT’S SECRET® Diesel Extreme® into the fuel tank at a treatment rate of 1 ounce per 2.5 gallons. Start the engine and run for at least 30 minutes varying RPM throughout the cleaning process. Monitor fuel filter condition post flush.

Returns Policy
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Items returned will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product. If you would like to start a return, please request an RMA.
Shipping
All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address. CNC Fabrication, LLC is not liable for any order/package that is delivered to an incorrect customer provided address.
FREE SHIPPING: available on select items to the Continental US (lower 48 states)could be USPS or UPS depending on shipping cost and speed; does not include overnight or express service.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We will do our best to get products out the door in a timely manner, once the items are picked up by the carrier we have no control over any delays they may encounter such as weather, routing issues, equipment breakdown etc.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Items damaged in shipping must be reported to CNC Fabrication, LLC within 7 days of the delivery so we can file the necessary paperwork with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and take pictures of the damage to email us in the process for ours and the carrier's records. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly for damage; This will significantly delay the time to process the damage claim with the carrier.
