Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 21 days of receipt per the tracking number. Items returned after 21 days of receipt will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee, but CNC Fabrication, LLC still must be notified within the 21 day grace period.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

Designed around the proven K80026-style upper ball joint configuration, the AX0026 provides direct-fit compatibility with applicable Ford, along with additional Ford and Dodge Ram applications utilizing the same ball joint design.
At the heart of the AX0026 is a Grade 12.9 Extreme-Duty Ball Stud, paired with a forged steel housing and precision-engineered internal components. This heavy-duty construction is designed to handle increased steering and suspension loads generated by oversized tires, leveling kits, lifted suspension, heavy towing, hauling, and demanding off-road use. A self-compensating internal load system helps maintain consistent bearing contact as components wear, supporting precise steering feel while reducing unwanted movement. High-articulation geometry allows smooth movement throughout the joint's operating range, while the greaseable construction makes routine maintenance simple. This is especially important on heavy solid-axle trucks, where increased tire size, front-end weight, and demanding use can place substantial loads on the upper and lower ball joints.

Apply 2–3 pumps of grease during installation.
For continued performance, service with 1–2 pumps of grease every 5,000–7,000 miles, or as required based on vehicle use and operating conditions. Avoid excessive greasing. Apply only enough lubricant to properly service the joint without overfilling or damaging the dust boot. Periodically inspect the ball joint and surrounding suspension components, particularly on vehicles equipped with oversized tires, modified suspension, or used regularly for towing or off-road driving.
The Axiom Supply AX0026 Heavy-Duty Upper Ball Joint is a direct-fit, press-in replacement for the factory OE-style front upper ball joint used across a wide range of Ford Super Duty, Ford truck, SUV, and select Dodge Ram solid-front-axle applications.
Direct replacement anywhere the applicable K80026-style front upper ball joint is used.
Because K80026 covers numerous axle and chassis configurations, verify year, model, drivetrain, and front axle configuration before ordering.
(1) Axiom Supply AX0026 Heavy-Duty Upper Ball Joint — Sold Individually
The AX0026 is designed as a press-in replacement for the factory-style front upper ball joint on applicable K80026 applications. Use a suitable heavy-duty ball joint press and follow the appropriate vehicle service procedures during removal and installation. Ensure the ball joint is fully seated and properly retained before final assembly. On certain Super Duty applications, the factory installation and retention method varies by model year. Use only the retaining hardware required for the specific vehicle application. Final tightening must follow the proper torque specification for the supplied ball joint hardware. Always use a calibrated torque wrench for final tightening.
Important: Do not use impact tools for final tightening of ball joint hardware.

All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address. CNC Fabrication, LLC is not liable for any order/package that is delivered to an incorrect customer provided address.
FREE SHIPPING: available on select items to the Continental US (lower 48 states)could be USPS or UPS depending on shipping cost and speed; does not include overnight or express service.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We will do our best to get products out the door in a timely manner, once the items are picked up by the carrier we have no control over any delays they may encounter such as weather, routing issues, equipment breakdown etc.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Items damaged in shipping must be reported to CNC Fabrication, LLC within 7 days of the delivery so we can file the necessary paperwork with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and take pictures of the damage to email us in the process for ours and the carrier's records. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly for damage; This will significantly delay the time to process the damage claim with the carrier.
