Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 21 days of receipt per the tracking number. Items returned after 21 days of receipt will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee, but CNC Fabrication, LLC still must be notified within the 21 day grace period.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

This package combines two AX0026 upper ball joints and two AX8607T lower ball joints, providing all four ball joints required to completely service both sides of the front axle. The AX0026 upper ball joint is designed around the proven MOOG K80026-style front upper configuration, while the AX8607T lower ball joint utilizes the corresponding MOOG K8607T-style front lower configuration. Together, these ball joints provide direct OE-style press-in fitment across applicable Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty, Ford Excursion, F-450/F-550 Super Duty, older Dana 60-equipped Ford trucks, and Dodge Ram 2500/3500 applications.
At the heart of each ball joint is Axiom's Grade 12.9 Extreme-Duty Ball Stud, paired with a forged steel housing and precision-engineered internal components. This heavy-duty construction is designed to handle increased steering and suspension loads associated with oversized tires, leveling and lift kits, heavy towing, hauling, commercial use, and demanding off-road terrain. Heavy-duty solid-front-axle trucks place substantial loads on their ball joints. Vehicle weight, steering forces, braking loads, larger tires, and impacts from rough terrain are transferred through these critical suspension components. The Axiom ball joint system is engineered with heavy-duty materials and a robust internal design to maintain smooth articulation and precise steering under demanding conditions. The self-compensating internal load system helps maintain consistent bearing contact as the joints wear, reducing unwanted movement while supporting precise steering feel and long-term durability.
Whether your truck spends its life towing heavy equipment, working every day, running oversized tires, or tackling difficult terrain, this complete four-piece ball joint package delivers heavy-duty construction, direct-fit installation, full serviceability, and the confidence of Axiom's No-Nonsense Lifetime Warranty.
Apply 2–3 pumps of grease to each ball joint during installation. For continued performance, service each ball joint with approximately 1–2 pumps of grease every 5,000–7,000 miles, or as required based on vehicle use and operating conditions. Avoid excessive greasing. Apply only the amount necessary to properly lubricate the joint without overfilling the dust boot. Periodically inspect the ball joints and surrounding suspension components, particularly on vehicles equipped with oversized tires, modified suspension, or regularly used for towing or off-road driving.
The AX0026 and AX8607T are designed as direct replacements for the factory upper and lower ball joints on applicable 1999–2022 Ford Super Duty 4WD trucks. Use a suitable heavy-duty ball joint press and follow the applicable Ford service procedures during removal and installation. Always verify that the ball joints are fully seated and properly retained before final assembly. Final tightening must follow the proper torque specifications for the supplied ball joint hardware. Always use a calibrated torque wrench for final tightening. Important: Do not use impact tools for final tightening of ball joint hardware.

Our suspension components are warranted for life to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects, premature wear, or breakage. Push it to the limit—we don’t care.

All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address. CNC Fabrication, LLC is not liable for any order/package that is delivered to an incorrect customer provided address.
FREE SHIPPING: available on select items to the Continental US (lower 48 states)could be USPS or UPS depending on shipping cost and speed; does not include overnight or express service.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We will do our best to get products out the door in a timely manner, once the items are picked up by the carrier we have no control over any delays they may encounter such as weather, routing issues, equipment breakdown etc.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Items damaged in shipping must be reported to CNC Fabrication, LLC within 7 days of the delivery so we can file the necessary paperwork with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and take pictures of the damage to email us in the process for ours and the carrier's records. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly for damage; This will significantly delay the time to process the damage claim with the carrier.
