Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 21 days of receipt per the tracking number. Items returned after 21 days of receipt will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee, but CNC Fabrication, LLC still must be notified within the 21 day grace period.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

CNC Fabrication is now offering a complete bolt-on 4-link front suspension kit. This kit can be ordered as a DIY kit where you do the welding, or you can select the fully welded version ready to install.
Take the guesswork out of trying to design your own 4-link suspension kit for your 99-16 Ford Powerstroke Superduty. When it comes to pushing the limits of high-horsepower diesel trucks at the drag strip, traction is everything. CNC Fabrication’s 4-link front suspension is an instant upgrade to help your truck on the hole-shot along with a significant savings in weight. This bolt-on 4-link kit utilizes some of the best parts and materials on the market.
This kit replaces your factory leaf springs or radius arms with a set of upper and lower control arms. This suspension offers excellent control over front axle movement and allows the suspension to be fine-tuned for maximum launch efficiency and traction by having plenty of hole locations to angle the 4-link bars. What does this mean, it means better 60-foot times, and consistent ET’s round-after-round to get you on the podium.
Axle wrap is all but eliminated via the 4-link bars and this prevents shock loads that can destroy driveshafts, ring and pinion gears, or worse. A 4-link suspension allows for an adjustable instant center, which provides weight transfer control over where torque is applied throughout the suspension to improve traction.
If you have a 1999-2003 this will require you to purchase a 2005 or newer axle. This will also require a different drag-link to connect the earlier gearbox to the '05 or newer axle

**The fully TIG welded version is $2399.95 plus shipping, and the parts will come uncoated. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production to weld out the kit before shipment.**
Powdercoating will be an additional undetermined cost due to color option prices. Best to call or email the color of your choice.
CNC Fabrication offers installation at its Bryan, Ohio, shop. Installation costs will vary depending on how much prep work is needed when the truck is dropped off. OBS, Dodge Cummins, and Chevy/GMC Duramax 4 link kits coming later.

All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address. CNC Fabrication, LLC is not liable for any order/package that is delivered to an incorrect customer provided address.
FREE SHIPPING: available on select items to the Continental US (lower 48 states)could be USPS or UPS depending on shipping cost and speed; does not include overnight or express service.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We will do our best to get products out the door in a timely manner, once the items are picked up by the carrier we have no control over any delays they may encounter such as weather, routing issues, equipment breakdown etc.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Items damaged in shipping must be reported to CNC Fabrication, LLC within 7 days of the delivery so we can file the necessary paperwork with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and take pictures of the damage to email us in the process for ours and the carrier's records. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly for damage; This will significantly delay the time to process the damage claim with the carrier.
