These CNC Fabricatin, LLC billet intake plenums are a nice upgrade over the stock flimsy stamped sheet metal and will not deform the center inlet port when installing your CAC boot clamps.

**If you are going to a T4 setup with an OBS or E99 truck you will want this set of PLENUMS instead.
INSTALLATION:
After removal of the old plenums, make sure the surface of the head and new plenum is absolutely clean of any dirt, debris, previous RTV sealant or the new plenums may not seal properly. Apply a small bead of sealant around the outside flange following the groove and go around each bolt hole. Do not apply too much sealant to avoid large globs getting into the intake runners of the cylinder head after the sealant has cured. Follow the instructions on the back of the tube of sealant. After you have placed the sealant on a plenum, install it on the head slowing by watching the bolt holes to line them up as best you can. Install each bolt finger tight. If you are using the original mount for the GPR there are nuts included to better match the bolts in the kit. After each bolt has been installed finger tight, start in the center of the plenum and work towards the ends tightening the bolts with a wrench. 3/8" ratchet with a 13mm shallow socket and 4" extension works great for all bolts except the one on the passenger side at the front of the engine (you'll need at 13mm combination wrench) that cannot be removed unless you either pull the front cover or have the head off the engine. **You will not be able to install one of the provided bolts in this location unless the front cover is off or you have the head off, the factory bolt can be reused without issue. This one bolt must be installed prior to engine assembly. Bolts are to be torqued to 20ft/lbs.
NOTICE: In most cases the 94.5-95 model year engines have 8 bolt holes vs 10 bolt holes in all the rest of the years. We have an 8 bolt variant for these heads HERE. For OBS plenums one is drilled and tapped to be able to attach your MAP sensor to the stock location, there is a plug and hose barb included.

Returns Policy
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Items returned will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product. If you would like to start a return, please request an RMA.
Shipping
All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address.
