The Axiom Supply Adjustable Front Track Bar is designed for 2005-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, as well as compatible 2005-2026 Ford F-450 and F-550 Super Duty 4WD applications.
The front track bar controls the lateral position of the solid front axle beneath the truck. When the front suspension is leveled or lifted, the factory fixed-length track bar travels through an arc as ride height increases. Because the factory track bar cannot change length, this change in operating angle can cause the front axle to shift toward one side of the chassis. Even relatively small changes in front suspension height can affect axle position. For this reason, Axiom Supply recommends an adjustable track bar when meaningful changes are made to front suspension ride height.
The Axiom Supply Adjustable Front Track Bar allows the installer to correct this shift and precisely recenter the axle beneath the truck. Proper axle positioning helps maintain suspension geometry, steering response, tire clearance, tracking, and overall front suspension operation. Whether the truck is running at stock height, equipped with a mild leveling system, or utilizing a more substantial suspension lift, an adjustable track bar provides the ability to correctly position the front axle for the vehicle's final ride height.
Built specifically for demanding Super Duty applications, this track bar is designed for daily driving, towing, hauling, work trucks, oversized tires, off-road use, and modified suspension systems.

Important Fitment Notes

2017+ F-450 / F-550 Fitment Note
- Certain 2017 and newer F-450 and F-550 trucks may use a different factory track bar and ball-joint configuration.
- Before ordering for a 2017+ F-450 or F-550, verify the factory track bar configuration.
- This track bar is correct for trucks where the track bar ball joint is pressed into the front axle housing.
- If the factory ball joint is instead pressed directly into the passenger-side end of the track bar, verify compatibility before installation, as that application may require a different track bar design.
- Do not determine fitment based solely on pickup, chassis-cab, SRW, or DRW configuration. The location and style of the factory track bar ball joint should be physically verified on applicable 2017+ F-450 and F-550 trucks.
- The track bar ball joint is not included with this track bar.
- For replacement of the factory-style track bar ball joint, use Axiom Supply AX500262 Track Bar Ball Joint, sold separately.
- Track bar adjustment should be performed with the truck sitting at normal ride height.
- A front-end alignment should be checked after installation or after any significant change in suspension ride height.
F-450 / F-550 Track Bar Configuration
- Certain later-model F-450 and F-550 trucks may use more than one factory track bar configuration.
- This Axiom Supply track bar is designed for applications where the track bar ball joint is pressed into the front axle housing and the track bar connects to the tapered ball-joint stud.
- Some 2017+ F-450 and F-550 applications may instead use a configuration where the ball joint is installed directly into the passenger-side end of the track bar.
- Because these two designs are different, owners of 2017+ F-450 and F-550 trucks should verify their factory ball-joint location before ordering.
- If the track bar installs over a ball-joint stud protruding from the axle housing, this is the correct configuration for this Axiom Supply Adjustable Track Bar.

- Installing a new track bar with a worn track bar ball joint may leave unwanted movement in the front suspension. Inspect the ball joint during installation and replace it when necessary.
Installation Guide: Always follow the latest Ford service information for the exact model year and vehicle configuration during installation.
- Support the axle before you unbolt the bar. With the bar off, the axle can shift sideways.
- Final torque at curb height with the truck’s weight on the suspension — not hanging on a lift.
- Axle side is a taper. Hold the stud (hex/Allen in the end) so it doesn’t spin. Hammer the side of the mount to break the taper; don’t beat the stud.
- Start both ends loose, get the bar in, then torque axle nut first, frame bolt last.
- Aftermarket adjustable bars: set length at ride height to center the axle under the frame, then lock the adjuster. Stock-length starting point is about 37" eye-to-eye. (if ride height is not changing, match your new track bar to the OEM length)
- Apply grease to the track bar ball joint and the frame side eyelet at this time. Set the truck back on the ground and torque the frame side bolt.
- Recheck torque at 100 miles.
- Alignment will be mandatory if ride height has changed with the addition of your new track bar.
***Do not reuse a stretched frame bolt or a rounded castle nut. Loose frame-side torque is a common death-wobble contributor on these trucks.***

Returns Policy
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Items returned will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product. If you would like to start a return, please request an RMA.
Shipping
All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address. CNC Fabrication, LLC is not liable for any order/package that is delivered to an incorrect customer provided address.

Please keep all packaging and take pictures of the damage to email us in the process for ours and the carrier's records. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly for damage; This will significantly delay the time to process the damage claim with the carrier.
