Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 21 days of receipt per the tracking number. Items returned after 21 days of receipt will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee, but CNC Fabrication, LLC still must be notified within the 21 day grace period.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

Improve your 7.3 Powerstroke engine's performance with the KC300x Stage 1 Gen 3 Turbo. This turbo features a 4" ported housing with drilled anti-surge for better flow, a completely redesigned Gen 3 7x7 SXE style compressor wheel with extended tip technology and upgraded aero to aid in quick spool, and an SXE style turbine wheel with a thicker shaft inside completely redesigned compressor and turbine housings.
The Gen 3 KC300x features a .91 AR Turbine housing and a 0.70 AR compressor cover. Originally a 1.0 AR cover, we changed it to a .70 AR cover with a redesigned map groove, anti-surge ring, volute shape, and style with modern turbo technology. The turbine housing was previously available in .84 and 1.0ar; both are inefficient compared to modern turbos. KC took inspiration from the latest turbochargers in the market. They applied their turbine housing design, flow path, volute shape, and material density to develop our own 0.91AR turbine housing. This turbine housing was proven to spool up faster AND make more top-end power than either previous option.
The KC300x is a reliable journal-bearing drop-in turbo perfect for increasing your 7.3 Powerstroke's performance. This redesigned bearing housing and backing plate design to fit 200% LARGER thrust bearings and upgraded wider and taller journal bearings. Its upgraded steel thrust insert replaces the aluminum backing plate to keep expansion rates the same leading to more consistent turbocharger function. It's bearing housing has increase stability, backing plate stronger and cast into bearing housing integrated for improved rigidity reduces backing plate deflection and distortion under extreme heat and pressure
KC spent years in R&D to bring the most drop in power to your truck! Not only does this new turbo design outperform anything else on the market, but it has also upgraded all weak points in the stock turbo, improving reliability at elevated HP levels. For larger than 205/30s injectors, we recommend you check out our KC300x G3 Stage 2!
So what size is the new KC 300x gen 3 stage 1? We are not going to tell you, but I will tell you this turbo will outperform any other drop in turbo on the market guaranteed. Better in every way and a perfect match from stock to 205/30 injectors. If you really HAVE TO KNOW the size for some reason then give us a call and we can go over sizing options on the phone.
**These turbos come sand cast unless specifically requested. You can add a polished cover for an additional $250. Two week lead time on all polished covers**

All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address. CNC Fabrication, LLC is not liable for any order/package that is delivered to an incorrect customer provided address.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We will do our best to get products out the door in a timely manner, once the items are picked up by the carrier we have no control over any delays they may encounter such as weather, routing issues, equipment breakdown etc.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Items damaged in shipping must be reported to CNC Fabrication, LLC within 7 days of the delivery so we can file the necessary paperwork with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and take pictures of the damage to email us in the process for ours and the carrier's records. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly for damage; This will significantly delay the time to process the damage claim with the carrier.
