CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept items to be returned or exchanged, that are in new, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 21 days of receipt per the tracking number. Items returned after 21 days of receipt will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on item). We will allow a full refund for "store credit" if a customer does not want to incur the minimum 10% restock fee, but CNC Fabrication, LLC still must be notified within the 21 day grace period.
Items MUST be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer, if not, this may significantly delay the time to process the refund.
Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product, packaging, or missing parts that prohibits the product to be re-sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
**No returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical items or special order items**
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tuning for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

WARRANTY INFORMATION South Bend Clutch, Inc. warrants that our clutches are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service. The obligation of South Bend Clutch, Inc,. under the warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, which fails within 12 months or 12,000 miles. We will not be liable for losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, nor shall we be liable for damages or injury to any persons or property resulting from the misuses or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty. It must be on file with us within 30 days of purchase. If you have a warranty claim, call the shop directly and talk with our technical dept. South Bend Clutch, Inc. reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part has failed because of a defect in material or workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting, at our discretion, any part found to be defective. All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day. CNC Fabrication, LLC also reserves the right to override/change the customer's choice of shipping carrier in lieu to try and get the order to the customer as soon as possible. PLEASE be sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address or your package may be delayed or potentially delivered to the wrong address. CNC Fabrication, LLC is not liable for any order/package that is delivered to an incorrect customer provided address.
FREE SHIPPING: available on select items to the Continental US (lower 48 states)could be USPS or UPS depending on shipping cost and speed; does not include overnight or express service.
PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING: does not guarantee overnight. It is 1-2 day, but usually 1 day.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We will do our best to get products out the door in a timely manner, once the items are picked up by the carrier we have no control over any delays they may encounter such as weather, routing issues, equipment breakdown etc.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Items damaged in shipping must be reported to CNC Fabrication, LLC within 7 days of the delivery so we can file the necessary paperwork with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and take pictures of the damage to email us in the process for ours and the carrier's records. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly for damage; This will significantly delay the time to process the damage claim with the carrier.
