7.3 IDM Rebuilt: Stock

Please download, print and completely fill out our Customer & Vehicle Information Sheet. This sheet must be fully filled out and enclosed with any items sent in that require programing. If we're missing essential information, we'll have to email you to get it, and that will delay your order.

If choosing the "Send In First" Option, we will email you a shipping label if "return label" option is selected and paid for, but keep in mind that it is a manual process. Expect to see your label in 24-48 hours. If it is not during normal business hours, you will receive your label the next business day.

**A $300 core return deposit is added to the price of the unit if you choose the "Send In Later" option and will be refunded on receipt of your core. Return shipping label for core is optional.

Diesel Technology Of Chattanooga can rebuild your 7.3 Injector Driver Module back to like-new/factory condition. 

Note that whereas we often sell good used PCM's, as far as we are concerned there are no good used IDM's. Even if someone sends back a core that is in perfect working condition, it still gets rebuilt by replacing about 20 components that are possible failure points before it goes back out the door.

After the rebuild, we run each IDM through a 20 point test on the test bench, and then we run it continuously for 30 minutes at 3000 RPM and 3.0 milliseconds of injector pulse width which is longer and harder than you could ever run a truck in real life. When it passes this test, then it is ready to sell.
