AirDog® II-5G Fuel Air Separation System

The Pureflow AirDog II-5G A7SABF590 DF-165-5G Air/Fuel Separation System is the newest generation in fuel delivery systems for your 2017+ Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. The 5G is engineered to be the longest lasting, most efficient, and quietest lift pump system offered.

The AirDog II-5G features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that reduces pump noise and improves reliability. A dual feed design supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles and cavitation. The demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine.

The AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm style fuel pressure regulator allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 PSI The 5G system features larger 3/4-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent to back to the tank. CNC FABRICATION, LLC is a proud distributor of Pureflow Airdog Products.

The AirDog II-5G for this application uses a bed bracket to be mounted inside the bed forward of the rear wheel. The fuel module is to be modified to allow the venturi fill system to work to ensure no 1/4 tank issues. The pump draws fuel from the modified fuel module and sends it to the factory frame rail feed line. The pressure line is tapped with a return y to feed the venturi in the basket with pressurized fuel. The AirDog return is sent back to the modified fuel module. This is a 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for moderately modified trucks. Check out the installation manual below for a list of parts that are included in this kit.
