CNC Fabrication, LLC™ will accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. We do charge a 10% restocking fee, and item(s) must be sent back within 21 days from the receipts of the original order. Restocking fee may be more if customer has caused any type of damage to the product or the container of the product prohibits the product to be sold “as new” to the next potential customer. If the product is returned via a shipper, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to be sure the product is secure in the return package to avoid any potential damage. If damage occurs, the original purchaser may not receive any refund whatsoever.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in the original packaging it was received in by the customer.
Items that are “intangible” (I.E. tunes for performance chips or programmers) are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

QUICK TURNAROUND: All orders processed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (EST). Processed orders are usually shipped within the same business day provided order details are complete, within the shipping hours (8am-3pm), and there are no issues with payment. In some cases order may not go out until the next day due to how many order come in through the day.
FREE SHIPPING available on select items to the Continental US (lower 48 states); does not include overnight or express service.
PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING does not guarantee overnight. It is 1-2 day, but usually 1 day.

All shipments are insured with their respective carriers to protect your items(s) and ensure a timely arrival.
Shipped orders with Core-Fees may include a return label for your cores (if you have not selected to send in cores first). If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores in. All cores charges refunded via your method of payment (credit card, PayPal or check), with the exception of rusted, damaged beyond repair, or coked cores (not accepted).
